Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how G-Force Trinity ("we", "us", "the Company") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information through the G-Force Trinity Guard mobile application (the "App"). The App is provided to security personnel employed or engaged by the Company for workforce management, attendance verification, compliance and incident reporting. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
G-Force Trinity is the data controller for information collected through the App. For any privacy request, contact us at privacy@gforcetrinity.com.au.

3. How we use your information
- Verify attendance and on-site presence for shifts you are rostered to
- Manage rosters, availability, leave and payroll timesheets
- Record and process incident reports and daily occurrence reports you submit
- Maintain security-industry and employment compliance (licence and document validity)
- Send you operational notifications (new shift, notices, leave decisions)
- Secure the App and prevent misuse
4. How location is used
The App requests the "While Using the App" location permission. Location is accessed only:
- at the moment you tap Punch In or Punch Out, to geo-verify you are on-site; and
- periodically while the App is open and your shift is active, to share your position with your operations team.
The App does not use background location. Closing the App or ending your shift stops location collection.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Your employer / the Company's management — supervisors and operations staff, for rostering, attendance and reporting
- Service providers that operate the App on our behalf, including hosting infrastructure, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and, where SMS is enabled, an SMS gateway
- Authorities, where required by law or to respond to a lawful request
6. Data security & retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled servers. Sensitive identity fields (such as TFN and visa details) are restricted to authorised management only. We retain personal information for as long as you are engaged with the Company and as required to meet legal and compliance obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@gforcetrinity.com.au. You can revoke the App's location, camera and notification permissions at any time in your device settings; some features will not function without them. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us at the address above.
8. Children
The App is intended solely for employed or engaged security personnel and is not directed at, or available to, anyone under 16 years of age.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-App notice.
